返品・返金ポリシー

当ショップでは、すべてのアート作品を一点一点丁寧に制作・管理しております。
ご注文後のキャンセル・返品・返金については、以下のポリシーに基づき対応いたします。

■ 返品・交換について

・商品到着時、商品に欠陥（破損・汚損・誤配送など）がある場合のみ、返品または交換を承ります。
・お客様都合による返品（イメージ違い・サイズ違いなど）は基本的にお受けしておりません。
・商品到着後 7日以内 にご連絡いただいた場合のみ対応が可能です。

■ 返金について

・返品対象となる商品が当ショップに到着し、状態を確認後、返金手続きを行います。
・返金方法はご注文時の決済方法に準じます。
・返送にかかる送料は、商品に欠陥があった場合のみ当ショップにて負担いたします。

■ 梱包・発送について

作品はできる限り丁寧に梱包し、安全にお届けできるよう配慮しておりますが、
万が一配送トラブルが発生した場合は、速やかに状況をお知らせください。

Returns and Refund Policy

At our shop, every single artwork is carefully crafted and managed.
We handle cancellations, returns, and refunds after orders are placed based on the following policy.

■ Returns and Exchanges

・We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives defective (damaged, soiled, incorrectly shipped, etc.).
・We generally do not accept returns for customer reasons (e.g., different from expected appearance, incorrect size).
・Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

■ Refunds

・Refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives at our shop and its condition is verified.
・Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the order.
・Return shipping costs will be covered by our shop only if the item was defective.

■ Packaging & Shipping

We take great care to package each piece as carefully as possible to ensure safe delivery.
However, should any shipping issues occur, please notify us promptly.

・展示会開催期間には、発送が遅れる場合がございます。

・アート作品は破損を防ぐため、緩衝材を使用した丁寧な梱包を行って安全に配送いたします。

■ 配送中のトラブル

・万が一、配送中の破損・紛失などのトラブルが発生した場合は、早急に対応いたします。
・商品到着後はすぐに状態をご確認いただき、不備がある場合は 7日以内 にご連絡ください。
